An unexpected treat in the spa

The King Room with Balcony was elegantly designed and provided beautiful views. The staff impressed me with their attentiveness, even preparing a coffee for my early departure.

However, the breakfast option was unavailable due to my early flight, and I did notice some leftover milk in the fridge, which raised my concerns about cleanliness.

We enjoyed the hydrology section and hit up Viaduct Harbour for some great views. The room was stunning and spacious. The gym is open 24/7 with yoga and aerobics classes—definitely worth checking out! Just some minor hiccups with room readiness that I’d suggest future guests keep in mind.

My main issue was waiting too long for one of the suites to be ready, which cut into our plans. We expected better management on that front.

my stay at park hyatt was fantastic! the king room with marina view was stunning and offered a peaceful vibe. the pantry's food was delicious, especially the chilli scrambled eggs. I also enjoyed the tranquil sanctuary of the spa and the infinity pool overlooking the harbor. the staff was friendly and made the stay memorable.

I enjoyed a magical stay with spectacular harbor views from my King Room. The spa experience was exceptional, and dinner at Onemata was unforgettable. A handwritten welcome note added a personal touch. Future guests should try the Spa for relaxation and make restaurant reservations in advance.

Stunning views from the rooftop room. the outdoor heated pool was perfect for relaxing. Loved the luxurious spa, and the gym had awesome equipment. One unique touch was the refillable cucumber water station. Ryan in housekeeping wrote a note illustrating how to operate the hair dryer, which was super thoughtful!
